If you do not see the link, make sure you are checking the email address associated with your order. Also, check your junk mail.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Yes, you can but only on selected templates! You can only customize the text on the printables for editable printable templates. After your payment is confirmed, an email containing an access link via Corjl will be sent to your associated email with your order. Edit the template using the Corjl application on any device.

What you can do on editable template:
‣ Customize fonts, colors, and text.
‣ Add more text and images.
‣ Backgrounds remain fixed; no changes allowed.
‣ Save and resume editing.
‣ Save and download as JPEG or PDF with/without trim marks.

Take note: Kindly read the description carefully to make sure that your item is editable because not all of our items are editable. For editable template, access to the design is granted for a duration of 3 months following the purchase.

The file formats for the editable templates including: Bottle Label, Calendar, Favor Tag, Games Bundle, Invitation, Invitation Set, and Welcome Sign, are available in PDF and JPEG format. The file format available for the signs, excluding Welcome Sign, is JPEG.

For the best quality, we suggest using a sturdy card stock (150-250 gsm).
